Cancellation and Refund Policy


At Swarnrudra Publication, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are considered.

Order Cancellations


Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that the product or service has not yet been processed, delivered, or initiated. Once work on a service has begun—such as editing, formatting, design, or manuscript submission—cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refunds for Physical Products


If a physical product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers are requested to notify us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable.

Refunds for Digital Products and Services


Refunds are not applicable for digital products or services, including but not limited to editing services, publishing packages, journal assistance, or e-books, once the service has commenced or the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

Requesting a Cancellation or Refund


To request a cancellation or refund, customers must contact our support team with relevant order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where returns are not due to an error on our part, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
